What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to North America, Europe, and select international regions. Shipping to North America and Europe is free of charge.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
North America & Europe: 7–15 business days
Other countries: 10–25 business days
Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs clearance.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, you may return a product within 7 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are not granted for non-quality-related returns. See our Refund Policy for details.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at lcmmrcf6908@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the product is confirmed to be faulty.
